Martin L. Mattei Middle School
Renovations to a 140,000 S.F. school serving grades six through eight for the Pittston Area School District. Project was bid using 15 contracts to minimize contractor overhead and was completed in thirteen weeks. Construction cost totaled $6,200,000.
